So Where Do We Go Now?

Telling this story-this collection of moments I've lived through-was never going to be easy. For most of my life, I carried unsolved answers, untold trauma, and unspoken words like invisible weight. I found that the best way to give voice to my experience was through poetry. Poetry gave me the freedom to express the things I couldn't say out loud, to unravel what I've kept buried deep within. Each poem became a way to describe what happened, how I felt, and what I never had the words for-until now.

This book is a reflection of every phase of my journey. It's about reliving the hard times, embracing the joyful ones, and making sense of everything that fell in between. It's about processing, grieving, healing, and surviving, all while still living and growing in the present moment. Some pieces are raw and painful, others are light and filled with hope-but all are honest.
