The scientist who discovered a method of creating super-strong genes, impregnated wolves and bears with a conglomeration of yet unidentified genes that genetically altered their DNA, creating mutant breeds of vicious monsters that caused a pandemic that devastated the world with chaos and death. It was inevitable that this method of altering genes that govern all living functions, would eventually get into the wrong hands. In this case those hands belonged to a wealthy, power-crazed, tyrannical, megalomaniac genius who impregnated his own brain with incredibly strong cells. The result is horrifying.
