You have been watching it happen. And if you are honest about what you feel while watching - not the excitement, underneath the excitement - it is something closer to the sensation of a pattern completing. A programmable digital currency architecture designed to condition access to the social and economic order on verified biological compliance.
Four independent development tracks. Four separate institutional communities. Four separate public rationales. Converging on the same point.
The framework that accounts for this convergence is four thousand years old.
It was written in a world that had no vocabulary for neural interfaces, no concept of genetic editing platforms, no institutional architecture that resembles the global digital identity infrastructure being constructed now. And yet it named a specific strategy - aimed at a specific target, operating through a specific mechanism - that matches what the documented evidence reveals with a precision that post-hoc interpretation cannot account for.
It named it because it was not predicting technologies. It was describing a strategy. Strategies do not change with their delivery mechanisms.
SIGNAL is the secular entry point to a body of work that has documented this convergence from multiple directions. It does not begin from religious conclusions. It follows secular evidence to the place where the oldest available framework is the only one adequate to account for what the evidence shows.
