This is a collection of Sadé Ford's poetry and prose written throughout her years in high school. There are no direct ties to any individuals and can be interpreted in any way the reader chooses. The main focus should be on the use of language and expression. This is Sadé Ford's debut book to get her foot in the door of being a published author. She had been encouraged by her peers and teachers to one day publish her work from her freshman year of high school. It always was a thought in the back of her mind until mid-way through her junior year, that she decided she would publish a book her senior year because why wait for the perfect moment to start on something you've always wanted? So this is her senior project before she graduates, so she can step into the world knowing she has already begun on the path of the life she wishes to live
