Seated At The Table, Occupied By Many Journal, was established to educate and bring awareness to Mental Health. Our goals are to talk about the unspeakable, as it relates to mental health. In addition, to the stigma, and all other issues surrounding this condition that so many live with daily.
More often than not, people do not understand the impact mental health has on an individual, friend, colleague, or family member. While people understand the significance of good physical health, they fail to recognize how important good mental health is to a person's life (Fusar-Poli et al., 2020).In essence, a healthy mind translates to a healthy body. As with physical fitness, mental fitness also plays a critical role in fostering a sustainable mental health status. When people are mentally stable, they enjoy life and their environment, including all the people inside.
Moreover, a healthy mind provides opportunities to learn, exercise creativity, and take risks. At the same time, being mentally healthy means possessing the ability to cope with life challenges, both personally and professionally (Moltu et al., 2017).
