We follow Sarah through her routine: sitting in a coffee shop, sipping from her ever-present to-go cup, her eyes hidden by her bangs, her knife hidden by her legs. Around her, the world won't shut up - a man at the counter laughing too loud, strangers talking too much, voices scraping at her patience. She narrates it all with cruel wit, turning every annoyance into a joke so dark it makes her chuckle to herself.
