HÅLLPLATSER innehåller minnesanteckningar från resor och möten med människor och händelser som lämnat värdefulla spår i livsberättelsen. Här har jag samlat snabba blyertsteckningar där gråskalan spelar huvudrollen. Jag har velat fånga ljuset och skuggan utan att fastna i detaljerna. Teckningarna är gjorda under 2022 och 2023. Hållplatserna är från Värmland, Bohuslän, Öland, Härjedalen och Skåne. Ritblocket har också följt med till Grekland, till Kreta och Aten. Sista resan gick till Mani på södra Peloponessos, där det stora havet möter de vilda bergen. Teckningarna och minnesanteckningarna därifrån är gjorda strax innan boken trycks.
