About The Author;
Michial Foy is the epitome of a Late Bloomer. I grew up as a dreamer unfortunately a dreamer with out courage to follow through. It was a few words late in life that I was fed up with being on the fringe of greatness, full of potential, talented athlete and all the other adjectives to describe myself, why was I not great. I always felt that I was destined to do something spectacular. In 1986, while working as a fast-food manager, I decided to put it all on the line and give it all I had. In 18 gruelling months of intense training and reprogramming the negative messages that once thrived in my subconscious begun to subside. I went from good to Foytastic! I made the 1988 Olympic team despite breaking my third metacarpal on my right hand. I Persevered through 7 competitive matches during the 3-day Olympic Trials. That single event changed my life forever and gave me the courage and skill set to succeed in not only wrestling but to excel in life. I hope you enjoy reading about my journey and finding the courage to start your own. May God Bless you in all your life adventures. Dream Big.
