The Sun Sets Over Waltham is a collection of poetry that deals with the period of a year and a half that tested the author's patience, sanity, and endurance. It is the first of a three-volume set dealing with this time period. This volume closes with a short story which gives a taste of what one can expect in volume two. Volume two is a collection of tales, called Hope St and Other Short Stories, that gives a glimpse into the madness taking place in the author's mind and soul. The third volume, entitled Reckless, is a memoir written with excruciating detail. While at times comical, it shines a spotlight on what happens when an artist's life runs off the rails. Collectively to be known as The Waltham Papers, the three volumes serve as a reminder as to how easily a life can descend into chaos.
