Kumbukani C.Phiri is the national Director of Equip Zimbabwe an organization that trains leaders. He is the founder of Transformation Africa, an organization that empowers young people and he is a Pastor within Faith-Ministries Zimbabwe leading over 18 congregations within the denomination. He is the author of Six Keys to ignite transformation and start a reformation in Zimbabwe and the A youth and work readiness training manual. He is married to Rumbidzai and they have two children and they live in Harare Zimbabwe.
