Saint Louis De Montfort: His Life And Work is a biographical account of the life and accomplishments of Saint Louis De Montfort, a French Catholic priest and theologian who lived in the late 17th and early 18th centuries. Written by George Rigault, the book provides a comprehensive overview of De Montfort's life, from his humble beginnings as a peasant boy in Brittany to his eventual ordination as a priest and his establishment of the Congregation of the Daughters of Wisdom. The book also delves into De Montfort's theological writings, particularly his devotion to the Virgin Mary and his advocacy for the Rosary. Rigault explores the impact of De Montfort's teachings on the Catholic Church, as well as his enduring influence on Catholic spirituality and devotion. Through meticulous research and insightful analysis, Saint Louis De Montfort: His Life And Work offers a compelling portrait of a revered figure in Catholic history. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
