Saint Elizabeth: Her Brother's Keeper is a biographical book written by Anne Seesholtz that tells the story of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, a medieval princess who devoted her life to serving the poor and the sick. The book focuses on Elizabeth's relationship with her brother, King Andrew II of Hungary, and how she used her influence to help him rule justly and compassionately. The author also explores Elizabeth's personal life, including her marriage to Louis IV, Landgrave of Thuringia, and her devotion to her faith. Through her selfless acts of charity and her unwavering commitment to her beliefs, Elizabeth became a beloved figure in her time and was eventually canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church. This book offers readers a fascinating glimpse into the life of a remarkable woman who dedicated her life to helping others and making the world a better place. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
