When a SEIA agent, Hugo McLeod, travels to Little Laos, his investigative mind goes deep into the clandestine operation. As the plan unfolds, things go awry, then he wakes up behind enemy lines.
Hugo ends up losing everything and being imprisoned. Soon realizing that it's more of a struggle to stay alive in prison, than the free world.
Hugo is confused on what happened, only receiving pieces from each member. Resulting in several people not wanting him to figure out the real operation.
With danger at every turn, can Hugo stop the Committee? Or will he succumb to the pressure of overwhelming forces?
