Drawing heavily upon Torah thought, Chassidic teachings, and Jewish mysticism - while also engaging broader human experience - Spiritual Skating presents short, accessible reflections rooted in real skateboarding experiences: learning to fall, confronting fear, enduring injury, balancing risk and control, pushing through frustration, and finding moments of transcendence in motion. Yet the book is not ultimately about skateboarding itself. Rather, skateboarding serves as a metaphor and garment through which broader truths about life and Divine service are explored.
