This book is the harvest of a sowing that began years ago, with the hurricanes, and was completed during the month of November of last year, as part of the Gnomember Challenge. SantamarÃa Dreamcatcher is an ode to lampposts as missiles in reality and in dreams, to the storm winds that afflict Puerto Rico every year from June to November, to the national post-traumatic stress disorder that befalls us during those months, and to our spirit of survival.
