Alicia T. Basurto nace en Guanajuato, México, en 1962. Luego de emigrar a Estados Unidos en la década de los 70 del pasado siglo, Alicia se adentró en la industria de los seguros y acumula más de 35 años de experiencia en este ruedo, habiendo alcanzado un éxito notable. Al mostrar desde muy joven grandes aptitudes de emprendimiento, ha destacado siempre por mantener un negocio próspero, capacitar al personal y brindar un servicio excepcional a sus clientes. Su dedicación y habilidades bilingües la impulsaron a ocupar altos puestos de productora y gerente de oficina antes de abrir su propia agencia en Oxnard, California, en 2002. Bajo su liderazgo, esta agencia se convirtió en una de las emisoras de pólizas más destacadas de Farmers Insurance, recibiendo numerosos reconocimientos, incluyendo el de Agente del Año a nivel nacional.
Alicia valora la familia por encima de todo, quien han jugado un papel crucial en su negocio, trabajando a su lado. Ahora jubilada, pasa tiempo de calidad con su esposo, hijos y nietos, y disfruta del legado que construyó con trabajo duro, compromiso y profunda gratitud.
