El I Congreso Internacional Conexiones Iberoamericanas en Ciencias del Deporte surge como un espacio dedicado a fomentar el intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias entre académicos, investigadores, y profesionales del ámbito deportivo. Este evento, que reúne a expertos de distintas partes del mundo, representa un hito significativo en la consolidación de redes académicas y la promoción de la ciencia del deporte en Iberoamérica.
A lo largo del congreso, se han abordado temáticas clave como la gestión, la tecnologÃa y la innovación en el deporte, asà como la formación, el entrenamiento, el rendimiento deportivo y la relación entre deporte, salud y calidad de vida. Cada uno de estos temas refleja el compromiso de los participantes con la promoción de prácticas deportivas que no solo mejoren el rendimiento, sino que también contribuyan al bienestar integral de las personas y al desarrollo sostenible de las comunidades.
Los trabajos presentados en este libro de abstracts son muestra de la diversidad de enfoques y de la riqueza del intercambio académico. En ellos se refleja la importancia de la investigación interdisciplinaria y su aplicación en el mundo real, desde la mejora del rendimiento deportivo hasta el análisis del impacto social y económico del deporte en nuestras sociedades.
Este congreso no solo ha permitido compartir investigaciones y experiencias, sino que ha creado una plataforma para establecer colaboraciones duraderas que contribuirán al avance de la ciencia deportiva en Iberoamérica y más allá. Confiamos en que los resúmenes aquà presentados servirán de inspiración para nuevos estudios y que este encuentro se convertirá en un referente para futuras ediciones.
