Como parte de las labores del Centro para la Integración y el Derecho Público (CIDEP) relacionadas con el seguimiento de las actividades del Poder Público venezolano, el Centro compila y sistematiza las leyes, decretos con fuerza de ley, reglamentos, decretos, resoluciones, providencias y otros actos de carácter general publicados en la Gaceta Oficial de la República, en lo que constituye una parte fundamental del ordenamiento jurídico vigente en el país, más allá de las consideraciones que la doctrina ha efectuado sobre la legitimidad de algunas de sus autoridades.
Esta obra presenta el resultado de esa tarea durante el período 2015-2024, con el deseo de facilitar la comprensión del quehacer del Estado venezolano en los diez años que reseña la investigación y, de esta forma, permitir a los estudiantes y profesionales del Derecho, así como al público en general, conocer de manera sencilla los datos e identificación de estos actos, en pro de su posterior consulta en los repositorios de la Gaceta Oficial.

Gabriel Sira Santana es abogado mención summa cum laude y especialista en Derecho Administrativo, mención honorífica, por la Universidad Central de Venezuela. Magíster en Derecho Constitucional, mención summa cum laude, por la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
Profesor de postgrado en la Universidad Central de Venezuela y de pregrado en la Universidad Monteávila. Investigador del Centro para la Integración y el Derecho Público (CIDEP). Investigador invitado del Instituto de Derecho Público de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas de la Universidad Central de Venezuela.
Subdirector de la Revista de Derecho Funcionarial, Secretario de la Revista Electrónica de Derecho Administrativo Venezolano, Miembro del Consejo de Redacción de la Revista de Derecho Público y de la Coordinación del Anuario de Derecho Aeronáutico.
