En Vieques conocen a una simpática Tortuga llamada Marina que los guiará y les revelará la ciencia detrás de la luz que verán en el agua, llamada Bioluminiscencia creada por los diminutos dinoflagelados. Los niños aprenderán sobre la ciencia de estos pequeños organismos y por que hay que cuidar estos ecosistemas.
Esta aventura bilingue (español e inglés) combina la fantasÃa, ciencia y amor por conocer más de las maravillas de Puerto Rico.
Es una historia ideal para niños entre 4-10 años, salones de clases y familias bilingues.

This is exactly what you will find in this book with the adventure that our Explorer Coquà will have with his three friends, Luci, Lolo and Inés in the bay that lights up at night in Mosquito Bay of Vieques. While in Vieques they meet a friendly turtle named Marina, who will guide them and reveal the science behind the light they see in the water, called bioluminescence, created by the tiny dinoflagellates.
