Bajo Presión Volumen 3: Cuando el Concepto del Pastorado se Distorsiona confronta una de las áreas más delicadas del liderazgo espiritual: no la presión que viene de afuera, sino aquella que nace cuando el pastor comienza a entender su autoridad, su función y su relación con la iglesia desde conceptos distorsionados.
Este volumen no fue escrito para atacar el llamado pastoral, sino para protegerlo. No busca debilitar la autoridad espiritual, sino devolverla a su fundamento correcto: Cristo como dueño de la iglesia, el pastor como mayordomo, y el liderazgo como una responsabilidad sagrada que debe ejercerse con humildad, firmeza, ternura y rendición de cuentas.
A través de sus páginas, el autor examina conceptos equivocados sobre el pastorado, distorsiones en el ejercicio de autoridad, desviaciones sutiles que pueden surgir aun en contextos sanos, y la necesidad urgente de reformar bÃblicamente la manera en que el pastor entiende su lugar delante de Dios y delante del rebaño.
Este libro confronta realidades como la posesión disfrazada de responsabilidad, la cobertura convertida en control, la firmeza confundida con dureza, la centralización excesiva, el temor a delegar, la resistencia a la crÃtica saludable, la sospecha, la dependencia del tÃtulo y la pérdida progresiva de sensibilidad espiritual.
Pero esta confrontación no nace de condenación, sino de restauración. El propósito de este volumen es llamar al pastor a examinar su corazón, corregir patrones, sanar distorsiones internas y volver a gobernar la casa de Dios sin permitir que la presión deforme su carácter ni dañe al rebaño confiado a su cuidado.
Porque cuando el concepto del pastorado se distorsiona, no solo sufre el pastor; también puede sufrir la congregación. Pero cuando el pastor se realinea con el corazón de Cristo, la iglesia respira, los lÃderes crecen, las ovejas son cuidadas y la autoridad vuelve a edificar en lugar de oprimir.
Gobernar sin distorsión es liderar con integridad.
