It's been two years since Seth Parker moved to Los Angeles looking for work as a writer in a city of vain sunbathers with relaxed moral standards and casual drug habits. Now, he anxiously returns to the mesmerizing metropolis of New York City for Christmas vacation to reconnect with his busy family and detached childhood friends. Jumping back into a fractured social circle after an extended period of time away won't be easy, especially because of unresolved issues with his ex-girlfriend, Daniela. The pleasures of a simple holiday unexpectedly spiral into glitzy intensity when he meets Annabelle Harper, the wrong girl at the right time. Night after night, party after party, Seth falls deeper and deeper in love with the girl of his dreams, but not everything is as it seems in this twisted tale of disaffected millennials with too much time on their hands.
