Soranî is a complete, self-study course in Sorani (Central Kurdish) - the Kurdish of Iraq and Iran, written in its own Arabic-based alphabet. It assumes nothing: no Kurdish, no Arabic, no linguistics. In twenty-four graded units it takes you from your first letter to the end of A2, with a full answer key.
What makes this course different: every Kurdish word in it was checked against a modern Sorani lexicon and dictionary before it was allowed onto the page, and every grammar rule against a reference grammar. Not one word was invented.
Three layers on every line: the Sorani in its own script, a clear Latin transliteration, and the English - so you can start reading the alphabet from day one and let go of the transliteration as you grow.
