Songs of Harvard is a collection of college songs and glees that were popular among the students of Harvard College in 1888. The book features lyrics and sheet music for each song, as well as historical information about the origins and significance of each piece. The songs range from traditional college anthems to more lighthearted tunes, and were performed by the Harvard Glee Club and other student groups. The book is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the history of American college music, or for those looking to learn and perform classic Harvard songs. The author, H.D. Sleeper, was a member of the Harvard Class of 1889 and a prominent figure in the college's music scene. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
