This book is about a man who was given up for adoption and spends his life (which flows through the book in memories) wishing to find his birth parents. He finally does so at the end of his mother's life. The story is heavily influenced by the popular music of the times and there is a secret twist in it which will only be apparent to the keen mind.

Cal Sanderson is a novelist, poet, playwright and musician with each pursuit under different pseudonyms. He has published four books of fiction (one a children's allegory of the Northern Irish peace process), a diary of a two hundred kilometer swimming journey along Ireland's coast and four books of poetry on top of which he has a few hundred poems yet to commit to books.
