This book, which is part of the series of Smart Nursery Rhymes, is replete with bits of history, ancient and new. It will take the children to ancient Egypt, where they will meet Tutankhamun, who is directing the camels to bring his gold to the pyramid. Then there is Gilgamesh, who will teach the children the Phoenician alphabet. The topic of peace is especially emphasized in this book. For instance, the children will hear Hannibal's elephants humming about peace, help the rabbits in Cu Chi tunnels find their way out by following the letters making up peace, sing under the rainbow of peace in South Africa, and learn the lesson of unity in the Kingdom of Moravia, among others. Finally, a rhyme about a hug and love for each child from Jahanara, the daughter of Mumtaz Mahal.
