LyfeWalkrs are mobility devices and this is a poignant Christmas holiday fantasy about acceptance, self-discovery, the need for love and purpose, ethics, the human mind, and the spiritual nature of Reality. I hope you will thoroughly enjoy it and perhaps read it to your young people, omitting the information that they might not understand. Obviously, this is not only a heartwarming tale. Through Shirley's education, training, adventures, and final scary Christmas Eve and morning experiences, you will learn how to use the totally natural, mindful, emotion-centered practice that has enriched my life for well over fifty years. (Combined with prayer, this practice might change your life; it did mine. Check out pages 142 and 143 for this practice.) Meet the empathetic human teachers who, living at the Your LyfeWalkr Company, genuinely adore each of the 400 metal and rubber students that they train for caregiving. Train and play with the LyfeWalkrs, all of whom share one objective, to use their superpowers to prevent their humans from falling and/or injuring themselves in any way including from sudden stove fires and dangerous strolls directly into speeding traffic. You will learn to love this brilliant, emotional, and playful new species who doesn't know they are AI and who all dream of meaningful and exciting real life in the real world with humans who will learn to love them back IF the humans recognize their intelligence, realize that, just like human beings, they think and experience deep emotions including empathy and compassion. Shirley's story invites us all to imagine what it must be like to yearn for a loving and mutually supportive intellectual relationship in a situation where no one believes we are intelligent, emotional, and eager to interact and thrive together. (Human infants and babies are able to sense if their intelligence is not recognized.) She was born twelve days before BIRTH DAY, which was December 25, at the Your LyfeWalkr Company located in Minnesota, USA, no town specified. Unless one looked at her closely she appeared to be an ordinary, though oddly beautiful, health care mobility device that is called a walker, the type that is usually sold at pharmacies and home health care businesses. It allows older adults and humans of all ages to stand up and walk in spite of, for example, injuries, weakness, aging knees and hip problems, disabilities, and balance disturbances. Typically, but only typically, walkers are inanimate objects. She was not an inanimate object, fortunately for her. No. Not at all. Most human beings wouldn't realize it but she, like her brothers and sisters, was an adorable nonhuman being called a LyfeWalkr, and her heartfelt ambition in life would be to help human beings who had difficulty standing up and walking to safely be able to stand up and walk-‒without falling. Like every other LyfeWalkr born on Planet Earth she was considered to be one of the cutest little quadruped or four-legged creatures that existed, and her contribution to human health and happiness had the promise of being enormous, just plain enormous!
