After a routine training exercise in the Australian desert takes a strange and daunting turn, Robert Miskatonivic is left with terrifying visions and dreams.

Three years later, he is working as a private investigator in Brisbane, and is tasked with investigating the disappearance of a long lost cousin in the aging, heritage city of Ipswich.

Joined by his Uncle Douglas - a man with a morbid history and agenda of his own, he begins his investigation the next day.

What begins as something surface level quickly turns into a web of secrets, as Robert and Douglas come face to face with a sinister and ancient force that never wanted to be found.
