Set My Soul Afire is a 3-week devotional that goes through the gospel of Luke, a few Old Testament stories, and some of Paul's letters. I discuss who Jesus is and how He died for us even though we are sinners, and I use scripture to instruct and encourage how to live for the Lord. There are 5 devotions per week with a personal introduction, memory verse, and playlist that correlate with the overarching theme of each week. After the devotional material, there is a glossary of key terms used throughout the devotional. I also include more resources and guides to help you deepen your understanding of foundational Christian truths, or so you can have extra materials to explain the gospel to others. There are even some memory verse cards you can cut out that can help you memorize the verse of the week. Feel free to take longer than 3 weeks to complete this if you really want to dig deep! My prayer with this devotional is that it would help those who might be struggling with who God is and what He has done. Whether you are on the fence about Christianity, are a new Christian, or are a mature believer just looking to dig a little deeper into the Word, I hope that this devotional will overwhelm you and inspire you to live for the One who is the author of each moment of faithfulness.
