Seedy was having a bad time, he was cold, alone, and unhappy. This was his life until he met a friend who helped him see that what he had thought, meant nothing about what was real, it was all just a story.

This book is designed to empower children and develop their emotional intelligence. In life we tell ourselves stories all the time and sometimes they can lift us and guide us but sometimes like for seedy they can lead us to more difficult experiences and unwanted emotions.

We see just how Seedy experienced different situations and then we take a look at how those same situations can be experienced differently by others. Showing ultimately that it is not what happens that creates our emotions but what we make up to think about it.

Great for ages 3-10yrs. Although it will be enjoyed and useful for children up to the ages of 100yrs.
