Two scriptures were recently uncovered. The first, The Secret History of the Origin of Everything, has proven quite controversial, since theologians and historians can locate no documentation whatsoever that Ed Schleicher III possessed any training in theology, history, political science, or any other professional field, nor any explanation why a man who claimed to be the direct son of God could have had two fathers of the same name before him. Nevertheless, his cult of followers, who refer to themselves as Eddites, has grown steadily in popularity and now has approximately ten million members. Ed Schleicher III died in 2016 due to apparently accidental self-immolation, but many members of his cult deny that he is dead and claim to have witnessed sightings of him around the country at various times. For some reason, these sightings tend to occur in used car lots.
