About the authorHeidi Leatherby started writing children's books at a very young age on an old typewriter in her dad's office. It was her dream to become an author, and she now has several published books.
This book was inspired by an actual dream that the author had one night. Awakening on the depths of the ocean floor, she found herself in awe of glistening blue light streaming through the crystalline sea water. Her visitors of course, were creatures of the deep. As they swam in and out of view, they shared many secrets of the sea, and it was the author's dream to write these secrets in the form of a children's book, so that anyone may use their creativity to find the hidden messages for themselves.
