In spite of many scholars trying to find logical reasons for a seven day week, the only reliable source found to date is the account in Genesis. We all need the miracle and healing of the Sabbath day plus the freshness, vigor and balanced living that it offers. It is also a day of worship and honoring God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Sabbath of Grace - Sabbath is a relationship with God. How can we keep both sane and faithful in this hectic, confusing, technological, mind-boggling, and cyber-spaced world? How can we cope with so many people around us who are overwhelmed by anger, frustration, fretting, and frenzy of the rat race? We all need time out. One of God's greatest gifts to us is the Sabbath - a day of rest and celebration. The seventh-day Sabbath is rooted deep in God's way for our lives. A Day of Grace-The deep spiritual meanings and relevance of the Biblical Sabbath is important for each of us. We do not keep the Sabbath. The Sabbath keeps us. We have a graceful, merciful and loving God who wants us to live a happy balanced life.
