As a movie extra, actor and comedy screenwriter, I've been on more movie sets than you've had hot lunches. My classmates were Ed O'Neill, Married with Children (Fox) and Terry McDonnell, Emmy Award-winning producer, Ben Stein's Money (Comedy Central). You could say that I'm Ohio University's least-celebrated graduate. Working alongside acting luminaries like Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Jeff Bridges and Meryl Streep has taught me some of the survival tricks of the acting trade, to keep you going while you chase your own celluloid and digital dreams. Riding the Hollywood Glacier is a cutting-edge comedic look at breaking into the movies. Fasten your seats belts; it's going to be a roller coaster ride of a read. Rolling. Speed. Action. Denny Dormody Denny Dormody- I hope you become a much better writer! Kirk Douglas Riding the Hollywood Glacier is a hilarious Tale of Two Cities: Hollywood and LA and surviving both. Elayne Blythe Film Advisory Board Comedy writers Denny Dormody and Michael Conley have inked with Irv Tenenbaum at Loeb and Loeb. The Hollywood Reporter
