Depression, sorrow, and feelings of inadequacy were transformed into peace and joy as I sought guidance from my Heavenly Father. I have faced many obstacles in my life such as the tragic loss of my mother, the betrayal of friends and being trapped in a dark storm of depression. Yet though my storms I began to reach out to my Heavenly Father for comforting and healing. As I sought God's guidance, He began to fill my soul with His words. I then began to take my Heavenly Father words and carefully form them into heart felt short stories and poems. As I began to form my short stories and poems into a book, I carefully intertwined biblical scriptures into its foundation. The words and scriptures that God has whispered into my heart has motivated, encouraged, and lifted my spirit in times of doubt. This book will touch the hearts of all walks of life from teenagers to senior citizens, men or women. I know that the words my Heavenly Father has graced me with will encourage, motivate, and touch the hearts of all the readers of this book.
