Authored by Bart Rockett (who also hated getting his hair washed as a child), he shares the story that his Mother would tell him while she was washing his hair! He went from despising getting his hair washed to actually looking forward to it . . . just to hear this story. Taking creative liberties, he has brought the story to life, complete with colorful illustrations, all based on his reality while growing up.
