Up until recently I never saw the benefit of looking back or revisiting a bad memory. When I first begun on my journey of healing and self-discovery I would hear over and over again stay in the nowor stay present!. Yet, something kept pulling me back to my past. How could I stay in the now when my past was clearly affecting my present? I don't claim to have any insider information on healing. However, in part, this is what connects me largely with my readers.
