A commentary intended to help the reader of Romans to trace the line of reasoning Paul uses. The author takes pains to explain how each section fits into what Paul hoped to accomplish in writing Romans. Although the author gives his opinion on many verses, the intent is not that this should be an exhaustive commentary, but a framework so the reader will be have a clear understanding of why each verses is where it is in its context.
