This book analyzes the role of employee representative bodies in employee protection in Morocco, in the light of the 2003 Labor Code and company practices. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, it examines the legal framework governing these bodies, how they operate, and their real impact on the defense of workers' rights. The work highlights the contributions of these bodies in terms of social dialogue, conflict prevention and improvement of working conditions, while underlining the limits and obstacles to their effectiveness. Finally, we suggest ways of strengthening their role in a changing economic and social context. In our view, they are part of the content of labor law. To put it colloquially, labor law is a whole that represents a bottle, and employee representative bodies are part of the content that extends to social rights.
