In the founding of this American Republic of sovereign States, our constitutional framers wisely agreed to split the powers between the national government and the States for representative purposes. The powers of taxation and representation made the republic unique among other countries of the world. However, since our nation's founding, the courts and political figures have been among those attempting to disavow the formation of our American Republic to benefit their own special interests-through the establishment of two evil constitutional amendments designed to destroy our American way of life and by furthermore instituting a United Democratic front that goes against our basic constitutional principles.
