Read the timeless classic about Anne Shirley's high-spirited fourteen-year-old daughter Rilla, behind the hit Netflix series Anne with an E--now celebrating a hundred years of this children's favorite.

Anne's children are almost all grown up, except for spirited and fun-loving Rilla. With her sparkling hazel eyes and infectious smile, Rilla is impossible to ignore. At almost fifteen, all she can think about is going to her first dance at the Four Winds lighthouse and getting her first kiss from the handsome Kenneth Ford.

But life takes an unexpected turn when a distant war threatens their peaceful world at Ingleside. Rilla's brothers head off to fight, and she finds herself caring for an orphaned newborn she discovers in the most unlikely place--a soup tureen! Suddenly, Rilla is thrown into a whirlwind of challenges that will test her bravery and change her in ways she never imagined.

This special Collector's Edition includes the original, unabridged text, a specially commissioned biography of L.M. Montgomery, and a map of Prince Edward Island.
