I decided to write this book when my brother-in-law who was Colonel Navigator on USAF Number 1, the US President's Personal Transport Aircraft, sent me an email summarizing the many things going wrong in Washington, such as the inability to pass a much needed Gun Law. Congressmen are citing the US Constitution as reasons the law cannot be passed. Also Congress is preventing the President from doing his required executive functions because of their brinkmanship in approving Financial Matters needed for the US Government to function properly. During my quarter of a century of options trading, I have never seen such instability on Wall Street, and it seems to be caused by Washington. I have found it necessary to modify my software and my strategies and tactics to continue making a profit with Weekly Options Trading. The purpose of this book is to research the Internet to find ideas on how to revise the U.S. Constitution in the 21st Century to make it better for today's citizens compared with the needs in 1776 when the constitution was drafted
