You are probably thinking, oh no not another book on Revelation. There have been many books written about Revelation. Perhaps more than any other book in the Bible. Many consider the mysteries surrounding the stories to be too scary and hard to understand. Most people won't even attempt tp read it or even want to know what's in it. Very few pastors will even attempt to teach it. Modern day theologians tell us about the eminent return of Jesus to rapture away his church, that being the total of all believing Christians in the world followed by a 7 year period of tribulation in which all the horrors of the book of Revelation will occur. After which Jesus will return again to establish His kingdom on earth once and for all and will reign with us on earth for 1,000,000 years to establish His earthly reign. It makes a nice story but unfortunately there are no scriptures to support that narrative. The Bible must be read as it is written, Just as God intended it to be read. 'In God's own words' may sound pretentious but it is intended to convey the message that His scriptures speak for themselves. When we allow Gods word to speak to us without the modern day man made doctrine to cloud their meaning, then Revelation is truly revealed. This book is nothing like anything you have ever read and may be the last book you will ever need to read about this fascinating book of Revelation.
