After learning the world thinks he's dead, follow the infamous Butch Cassidy as he leaves South America for the U.S., encountering a cast of colorful characters along the way. His return to the States brings Butch back to his outlaw ways, and many new adventures. This tale is based on some loose facts, personal experience, and mostly fiction from a vivid imagination. What readers have been saying ... A charming old west tale of outlaws, train robbers and hold ups, mixed with a little frivolity and humor. Great Read - it's a wild ride through fact and fiction, and the vivid imagination of the author. With John's story telling ability, the book left me wanting to climb on an old gelding and head out across the mountains and desert, or head up the coast. The very interesting mix of fact, fiction, and conjecture left me with the feeling John has blazed many trails in his life, and makes me hope he has many more trails coming. John's imagination and grasp of western history came shining through. a fun and informative read.
