Dei8845tb' erty ne College, and shall be subject to the order of the Board of Trustees, and to the inspection and examination of the Finance Committee, or of any committee, or person, or persons authorized for that purpose by the Finance Committee or by the Board of Trustees. He shall, under the direction or approval of the Finance Committee, pay all notes or bonds of the College, and the interest thereon, all salaries authorized by the Trustees, and taxes and assessments, and premiums of insurance, as the same shall respectively become due. He shall pay no other moneys in excess of, or other than in pursuance of appropriations made for the purpose by the Board of Trustees, nor, unless upon requisition, duly made in accordance with the regulations, orders, or resolutions of the Board of Trustees, and the instructions of the Finance Committee. The Treasurer shall not be a member of the Board of Trustees. The Treasurer to be first elected under this resolution shall enter upon the duties of his office on the first Monday of February, 1885. CHAPTER IV.--SCHOOLS. I. SCHOOL OF ARTS. june7th, Resolved, That William Lispenard Robb be appointed to the Fellowship in Science from the class of 1880.
