This document contains a series of reports based as a result of observation of the activities of the Italian armies in East Africa. Report no. 1 dealt with the operations of the Italian armies on the northern front. Report 2 considered the operations and supply of the Italian forces in Somaliland. The 3rd report deals with the transportation of troops to East Africa and with the supply services of the Italian armies on the northern front; part 4 is a continuation of 3. Part 5 covers the operations in Somaliland, especially in the Ogaden. Additional reports contain similar information regarding supply, the operations of the II and IV Corps (intending to elaborate the descriptions of the operations contained in report 1), the operations of the Native American Corps, the operations of the I and III Corps on the Macalle front, the Battle of the Enderta or Amba Aradam, and the occupation of the Amba Aradam and of the Amba Alagi (and Amba Alagi Pass and the adjacent passes Falaga and Togora). Finally, report no. 10 deals with the operations of the I Corps and Native Corps after Amba Aradam.
