Dr. F. C. Kohli is considered the father of the Indian IT Industry. He established India as a global IT powerhouse. The vehicle for this feat was Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) which he led during its formative years. This business made the world take note of India's bountiful intellectual talent and boosted our self-esteem and self-confidence!

By all accounts, Dr. Kohli was a visionary leader, a brilliant manager, and a super-patriot. This book provides reminiscences of people who worked with him in TCS for many years - they learnt from him, loved him, and were in awe of him. As such, it provides glimpses into his strong personality, caring nature, and strong values.

All the authors are ex-TCS employees who have worked with Dr. F. C. Kohli. They got together to record their memoirs to enable others to better know the amazing man who can be considered the Founding Force of TCS. They are all united in their love, gratitude, and admiration of Dr. F. C. Kohli.

The book is an enjoyable and inspiring read for those who wish to learn about the foundational culture of TCS, and the human qualities, and its impact on his associates, of a great man and a towering leader!
