Remarks On The Version Of The New Testament is a book written by Edward Nares and published in 1814. The book provides an analysis and critique of the translation of the New Testament into English. Nares examines the various translations of the New Testament that have been made over the years and evaluates their accuracy and readability. He also discusses the challenges of translating ancient Greek into modern English and the importance of understanding the cultural and historical context of the text. The book is a valuable resource for scholars and students of theology, as well as anyone interested in the history and development of the English language. It offers a fascinating insight into the process of translating one of the most important religious texts in the world and the ongoing debate over how best to convey its meaning to modern readers. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
