Remarks on the Bible Chronology is an essay written by Thomas Yeates in 1830. The essay focuses on reconciling the chronology of the Bible with the histories of the Eastern nations. Yeates explores various topics related to the Bible chronology, including the genealogy of Adam, the age of the patriarchs, and the length of the Israelites' captivity in Egypt. He also examines the historical records of the Eastern nations, such as the Babylonians, Persians, and Egyptians, in order to compare them with the events described in the Bible. Throughout the essay, Yeates offers his own interpretations and theories, drawing on both biblical and historical sources. Remarks on the Bible Chronology is a valuable resource for those interested in the history and chronology of the Bible and its relationship to other ancient cultures. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
