Richard III or Henry Tudor? 'A short, historical novel exploring Richard lll's character and the politics of the War of the Roses.'
- Wishing Shelf Book Awards Readers' Comments: I did enjoy this novella. But it shouldn't be this short. It's the sort of historical-set story that should have a 'saga' feel to it, not a 'oh, it's finished' feel to it. Still, it's enjoyable, with interesting 'historical' characters.

- Male reader, aged 44 Hmm, difficult to judge. I liked the plot; and the author did a good job with the dialogue - it sounds correct for the time; flowery anyway! The writing style was rather jerky with A LOT of full stops. I think most historical novel fans will enjoy it, but I suspect many will find the speech difficult to decipher. But I rather enjoyed the challenge.
