I have your hands from a past you lived and it was medieval. Jessica Orr hears the call of the darkness. Her poetry & short story series reflect what most people can't understand- a bad childhood, sexual abuse and mental illness. While you live in your suburban world of wonder and pasted smiles, Jessica knows of the underworld. THE REASONS OF MY SMILE, Jessica's Second Book, goes beyond dark poetry to include story-poems in her continuing series. Jessica describes her method of writing: With every amazing day, were you smile and dally, I partake in it too. But I see the shadow left from were you went, you passed and I read it. I create from the memory of you and me Jessica is a Paralegal and amateur athlete from Detroit, Michigan. From Bicycling to weight-lifting, she tries to stay in both physical & mental shape. She is music enthusiast- she adores all forms of electronic music. She loves her cats and amazing life in Detroit! Her first book, GOLEM: POETRY OF A CULT & A GIRL, is available from OUTSKIRTS PRESS.
